REFUND POLICY
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders to account for longer shipping times.
How to Return
Contact create@vivrancy.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We will provide return instructions and our return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic returns: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or we made an error
- International returns: Customer responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duty fees
- Defective items: We cover all return shipping costs
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Original packaging when possible
- All tags and labels attached
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
Processing Timeframes
- Return inspection: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- International refunds: May take 10-14 business days due to banking processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized ceramics and textiles
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned after the return window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at create@vivrancy.com
- Include photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement provided
International Customers
- Returns may be subject to customs inspection
- Customer responsible for any customs fees on returned items
- Items must clear customs to be eligible for refund
